Smithville Montessori Academy enriches children with an abundant curriculum in an environment that enables them to fully develop their potential. Each child is recognized as an individual, with varying abilities, needs and interests. Our child-centered program satisfies and appeals to the needs of each child, rather than a static curriculum that every child must follow at the same pace. Our classrooms serve the needs of children, allowing the flexibility to work with children at the academic level that's right for them. The children are encouraged to discover their own innate abilities and to develop a strong sense of independence.

We promote collaboration and establish a deep sense of respect through grace and courtesy exercises. Furthermore, the children are not isolated in their endeavors; rather, their classroom work is integrated with community outreach programs, to widen the children´s awareness and sense of social responsibility.
